Sunday night’s 75th Annual Golden Globes ceremony
is the official kick-off of the awards season. This year was particularly special,
marked by an important message and powerful speeches.
We are very pleased to have been a part of the celebrations in a new way this year. Our production specialists and concierge members were on-site at the first ever Golden Globes engraving station.
As each winner exited
the stage, our tuxedo-clad team began personalizing a statuette with their name
and honor. When the honoree was done with press interviews, they were led
through to the official HFPA after-party and presented their personalized award
to take home. It’s all part of the concierge service experience that only Society Awards can offer.
Last month we had the honor of working with both NBC
Today and NBC First Look to go in-depth on the
making of the
prestigious Golden Globe statuette.
Although awards shows are all about the talented honorees, we sometimes find
ourselves included in the spotlight leading up to the festivities and
were pleased to give insight into the luxurious detail of this coveted
award.
